We're network operators for the CDS Vic North Zone, powering refund collection points across the Loddon, Mallee and Hume regions, as well as the inner north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Refund point types
Visy has partnered with local councils, businesses and organisations to install and operate refund points across the North Zone of Victoria. Choose the refund point that best suit you.
Reverse vending machines (RVMs)
Self-service automated return and refund points, operating from 7am – 8pm, 7 days a week.
Simply insert all your eligible cans, cartons, glass or plastic bottles into one machine and they will be automatically counted, and your refund processed.

Over-the-counter (OTC)
Over-the-counter refund points include small businesses, community organisations, charities and sporting clubs.
OTC refund point operators will count and sort your containers manually and process your payment.

Depots
Staffed bulk container return centres, able to process larger quantities of your eligible cans, cartons, glass or plastic bottles.
