In 2017, Visy Logistics implemented a logistics solution for a national ecommerce startup company to streamline its warehousing and national distribution business model
Solution:
Visy was tasked with receiving multiple product lines into the client’s Australian warehouses (in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia).
In close consultation with the client, Visy built and designed the mode and processes for product receipt, warehousing, order picking, dispatch and national distribution to Australian metropolitan and regional areas, in line with the consumer and market expectations.

Outcome:
The end to end warehousing and distribution systems and processes are flexible and grow as the customer increases market share and volume. In doing so, Visy have created an efficient,effective and scalable warehousing and logistics model.
With streamlined solutions in place, the client has been able to focus on their core business, and has plans to introduce new product lines in 2018.
